Cold Insulation

This is an excellent ınsulatıon material that is implemented onto the surface as liquid form by the aid of high pressure injection machine equipment and the volume of the material increases by 30-40 times of its original volume, as a result it gets into foam shape in seconds.

Each cell in the implemented material expanses by 30-40 times of its original volume in seconds and without any juncture gets into foam shape with a very small heat transfer coefficient(DIN52616 λ=0,020-0,022 W/mK.).This material is more effective compared to the other insulation materials.

Since this material is injected to the surface under high pressure, that gets into every narrow passages on the column-truss regions and form a thermal insulating mat. Beside this, it eliminates all the thermal bridges.

As the application is fast and easy, covering 500-1000 meter square area with thermal insulation is possible in a day. By using this insulation material we achieve savings in terms of the transportation of the material to the work site, storage of the material, labor cost and time.

Sheeting insulation with polyurethane foam onto the storage or production equipment at very low temperature is done by our firm. Insulation operations or sheeting after injection can be carried out by our firm. In addition the inside of the coated sheet can be filled.
