Cooling With Rooftop Devices

They are called as "roof top" because of the installation on the roof. However, they can be mounted on the ground or on any base as well. The first mission of packing types is cooling. The roof type device is mono block. Compressor, condenser, battery and fans are located in first section. Return, feeding air room and mixer air room are located in second section. The third section is a room that added to the second section to take the inlet air. The first section is related to cooling cycle. Second and third section is related to air cycle. Thus, the first section is equal to outdoor unit in split type and also second and third section is equal to indoor unit in split types. The main parts of second section are filter, fan and engine. There is a dumper which takes the ambient air into the device. The outdoor unit battery behaves as condenser and indoor unit battery behaves as evaporator in cooling cycle.
