Daylighting

There are two aspect in order to provide illuminance and visual comfort. Illuminace level and light colour, proper spread and direction of light are the criteria to assess these two aspects. Moreover; selection and design of the lamp device, together usage of lamp and daylight in terms of the optimum energy usage and visual comfort, planning and solving the maintenance problem of usage period are handled in the design phase.

Insufficient daylight causes psychological and physiological problems. In addition to that, insufficient daylight lead to decrease the efficiency of work performance.

The aim of day lighting is to

·Carry the light of the day to place that there is no light

·Homogenize the illumination level

·Increase the visual comfort

·Provide the shading and thermal control

·Achieve energy and cost savings as less power consumption
