Hüseyin Vatansever was born in 1964 in Bulgaria's Sliven town, emigrated to Turkey with his family in 1973 and settled in the district of Tekirdağ Çorlu. Having completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Çorlu, Hüseyin Vatansever graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering of Trakya University in 1987. Between 1988-1990 he completed his master's degree at the Institute of Science and Technology of Trakya University.
In 1987, Hüseyin Vatansever started to work in the Bursa-Karacabey Oil Facilities affiliated to Trakya Birlik. In 1988, he took part in the Tekirdağ Integrated Facilities of the same company. After completing his military service as a reserve officer at the School of Military Academy, he established EMA Isıtma Soğutma Klima San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. with his wife and colleague Nursel Vatansever in 1993.
Hüseyin Vatansever, who is active in professional civil society organizations, is a member of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers (MMO), Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers (TTMD), Aegean Region Refrigeration Industry and Business Association (ESSİAD).
Hüseyin Vatansever, who served as a Member of Board, General Secretary and Deputy Chairman of ESSİAD between 2001-2005, served as Chairman between 2011-2013.

Hüseyin Vatansever, who has been working as an active member of the University- Industry Coordination Board (ÜSKK) in the EBSO since 2005, worked as a TOBB Construction Assembly Member, Entrepreneur Committee President of Bergama Organized Industrial Zone and Board Member of Tire Organized Industrial Zone.
Hüseyin Vatansever, who is in charge of Board Member and New Project Commission President on behalf of ESSİAD, in Air Conditioning Cooling Climate Research Foundation (ISKAV); has been serving as the Chairman of Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSİA), where he has been one of the founders since 2016. He is married and has two daughters.
