Tightness

Water is the simplest production material in business and industry plants.

In addition to water usage, catalyst or other direct production purpose materials like liquid and gas material are used.

These liquid or gasses must not spread from the transport vehicle to the environment the during the transportation.

Sometimes, this system can be a simple O - RING. Also it can be tightness system as an applied liquid buffer between two mechanic gasket. They can be a felt that is covered by a special resistance material like Kalrez.

In the case of high resistance, high speed and high temperature; one these tightness materials are selected in terms of the requirements of the system.

The design of the tightness system and the conversion from a system to other require an intensive knowledge and experience.
